La Quinta, California
Merv Griffin Estate
Built and owned by legendary TV host and producer, Merv Griffin,
this epic 40-acre property blends Moroccan elegance with California modernism. Designed to be Griffin’s winter retreat, this desert oasis features 13 beds, 12 baths across 7 structures, as well as sweeping mountain views, a lake, orchards, and equestrian facilities.
“
Our press strategy positioned Merv Griffin’s former La Quinta estate as a cultural hotspot, emphasizing its history as a celebrity gathering place during the desert’s premier events and its unique Moroccan-inspired design.
These angles secured over a dozen placements across national outlets, including the Wall Street Journal, New York Post,
Fox, and Galerie.”
